  • Items with original tags still attached

  • We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from the Hidecraftsman website.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Photos are required to expedite the process.

Making a Return or Exchange

  • Return Shipment: Carefully pack your leather item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure protection during shipping. Use a reliable and trackable service for your return shipment. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment for your records.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.

Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase within 4 business days.
  • Please allow additional processing time by your bank or payment processor for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange your leather item for a different size or color (subject to availability), we’ll process the exchange free of charge and ship the new item directly to you.
